Empower yourself—or your organisation—with the mindset, skills, and capability to stay safe and respond effectively to violence, regardless of experience, fitness, or background.
Whether you’re an individual who wants to feel safer and more confident, or an organisation looking to better protect your people, our training is designed to be practical, realistic, and accessible to all.
Our curriculum includes:
Physical self-protection skills:
Simple, effective techniques that are easy to recall under pressure, tested in real-world situations, and trained in a realistic way to prepare you for genuine threats.
Non-physical skills:
Awareness, body language, verbal de-escalation, avoidance and escape strategies, understanding the law, emotional control, and developing the appropriate mindset.
We teach our students to be aware, composed, and confident—using physical skills only as a last resort.

Traditional self-defence tends to focus on what to do once an attack is already underway—often in an unrealistic manner . This puts you in a reactive role, giving the attacker the initiative.
Self-protection shifts that dynamic.
It focuses first on prevention—helping you recognise pre-incident indicators, avoid unnecessary risk, and de-escalate situations before they become physical. If that fails, you have simple, proven, effective methods to respond decisively under pressure.
Self-protection addresses key questions such as:
Our approach is simple: focus on what works.
You’ll develop a practical “toolbox” of awareness, decision-making, and physical skills—giving you the mindset and capability to handle situations if they ever arise.
